Drost's Chocolates is

- we do not sell or give away any of your information to anyone
outside of our company.

1. Order Information: name, address, phone number, e-mail addresses,
credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process
your order and to notify you of your order status. All online orders
are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter
your credit card number into the shopping cart order form, it is
transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted form, then decoded
when it gets to us. We need your address and phone number to process
your credit card, but your information is never used again after
your order has been shipped.
2. Statistical Information:
information on what pages consumers visit and search engine
referrals. This information allows us to improve the structure and
content of our website.
If you have placed an order with Drost's Chocolates, you may receive
an automated shipping notification from the United States Postal
Service, UPS, or other carrier. This email may contain a tracking
number for your package, shipping date, and/or estimated arrival
date. UPS may also use your phone number to call you in the event
that your package cannot be delivered to your address. We do not
give your email address out to any other party, and the shipping
companies state that they will use your email address or phone
number only to notify you about your package status. Your credit
card information is NOT given to the shipping company or any other
party.
After you place an order from
us we may place you on a mailing list for sales, holiday reminders,
company news, and specials. If you wish to opt out of this mailing
